The Crucible Sons are a band of mercenaries who find themselves transformed into French Resistance fighters during World War II. They made their first appearance in Captain Hawklin at War, and now they are stepping into the spotlight for a series of their own.
Each story focuses on the core members of the group as they wage a brutal guerrilla war against the Nazi occupation, taking on missions that push them behind enemy lines and into some of the most dangerous corners of war-torn France. These are men who know how to fight, survive, and kill—but the Resistance will demand more from them than simply being soldiers for hire.
